#產業與社會需求人才
台灣為全球半導體關鍵基地，封測產業尤以中部為重鎮。矽品精密（SPIL）等國際大廠對於具備「生產理解力 × 數位素養 × 基本科技知識 × 團隊溝通能力」之基礎人才有持續且大量之需求。本學程即針對非理工背景學生，強化其基礎電學、封裝製程、智慧健康、資料分析與AI應用素養，成為未來職場可即戰力之入門人才。
#產業聯結說明
本學程與矽品精密工業股份有限公司（SPIL）簽署合作備忘錄，將共同推動人才培育與職場實習機會。矽品精密工業股份有限公司人才發展部ㄒ部經理亦參與本社群課程設計與業界導師。課程將融入實務問題導向教學（PBL）及企業實地參訪，學生並可於大四期間申請參與短期實習或專題探索，強化產業理解與職場適應力。
