Asia University and Fulim Technology Sign MOU to Cultivate Semiconductor & Vacuum Technology Talent
To enhance collaboration between academia and industry, Vice President and Program Director Huang Junjie of Asia University represented the university in signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Fulim Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereafter “Fulim Technology”). The signing ceremony was attended by Fulim Technology representatives, including Deputy General Manager Yang Honghe and accompanying Director Guo Wencheng. Through this partnership, both parties aim to promote talent cultivation, industry internships, technical exchanges, and various joint initiatives, cultivating professionals who meet the demands of the industry.
Founded in 1996, Fulim Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. is a locally based manufacturer specializing in vacuum coating and thin-film processing equipment, with extensive experience in vacuum technology. Their products are widely applied in LED, optoelectronics, display, semiconductor, and energy materials industries. Core products include vacuum deposition systems (E-Gun/Thermal Evaporator), sputtering systems, optical coating systems, plasma cleaning equipment, and atomic layer deposition/CVD systems. Fulim Technology has delivered over a thousand production systems, establishing itself as a key domestic supplier and innovator in equipment localization and technology advancement.
With the rapid development of advanced manufacturing equipment, Fulim Technology continues to expand product capabilities and process applications, including plasma etch and clean systems, supporting semiconductor processes and high-end material applications. This aligns with domestic industry upgrading and R&D trends.
The MOU aims to deepen the integration of education and industry, allowing students to gain hands-on experience through internships, research projects, and corporate visits, while enabling faculty and industry experts to collaborate and enhance the relevance of course content.
