Program Features|學程特色
This program focuses on "Full-Chain Learning X Practical Orientation X Industry-Academia Integration X Sustainable Internationalization" as its main development axis, committed to creating a semiconductor education environment with both professional depth and a global perspective. It assists students in acquiring complete technical capabilities and workplace competitiveness during their studies.
I. Complete Industry Chain Curriculum
The curriculum covers the entire semiconductor supply chain: from IC design, materials and process, to packaging and testing, and smart applications. This structure provides students with a systematic understanding of the industry and prepares them for diverse careers in design, process engineering, or back-end manufacturing.

II. Hands-on Practical Training
The program emphasizes "learning by doing," utilizing advanced platforms (EDA/TCAD) and equipment (lithography, packaging/testing, optoelectronic labs) for a complete practical workflow (design, fabrication, verification). Students gain problem-solving skills through hands-on practice in key process steps like thin-film deposition and electrical measurement.
III. Strong Industry-Academia Cooperation
We actively partner with leading companies (e.g., SPIL, AMD) for joint projects and corporate internships. Internships allow students to participate in real R&D plans, learn cutting-edge technology, and build professional networks, ensuring students are job-ready upon graduation.

IV. Interdisciplinary and Industry-Experienced Faculty
Our faculty team spans electronics, IT, and physics, with extensive research and industry experience in areas like processes, devices, and packaging. We also invite industry experts as adjunct faculty to bring real-world case studies and advanced techniques directly into the classroom.
V. Sustainability and Global Engagement
The curriculum integrates concepts like low-carbon processes and smart manufacturing (SDGs), fostering social responsibility. We promote international exchange, dual degree programs, and global projects to broaden students' perspectives and cultivate internationally competitive professionals.
