Asia University Welcomes Students and Teachers from Saiki Kakujō High School, Japan, for Exchange Visit

【Asia University News】Asia University warmly welcomed a delegation from Saiki Kakujō High School (Ōita Prefecture, Japan) on the morning of November 6th. The delegation included Principal Mr. Tsutsumi Shōji, two supervising teachers (Ms. Ono and Mr. Hirahara), and ten students. The visit aimed to deepen educational and cultural exchange between the two institutions, with a special focus on learning and practical experience in the field of semiconductor technology.
In-Depth Exchange: Semiconductor Laboratory Tour
The event officially began at 9:00 AM in the Harvard Lecture Hall (A115) of the Administration Building, where a presentation and video provided guests with a comprehensive understanding of Asia University's mission and campus features. Subsequently, at 10:00 AM, Vice President Jui-Che Huang personally received the delegation and led the teachers and students on an in-depth tour and exchange session at the Semiconductor Laboratory.
The Saiki Kakujō High School delegation visited facilities including the Semiconductor Laboratory, the Scenario Classroom, the Measurement Room, and the Semiconductor Sustainable Plaza. They were deeply impressed by the university's achievements in semiconductor education, sustainable technology, and industry-academia collaboration.
Experiencing the Fusion of Technology and Art
The itinerary concluded at 10:40 AM with a visit to the Modern Art Museum, allowing the visitors to experience the university's diverse learning environment that integrates technology and art. The entire exchange concluded successfully in a pleasant and enthusiastic atmosphere, with both parties looking forward to future academic and cultural cooperation.
