Asia University (AU) successfully held the "2025 AU Departmental Feature Achievement Expo and Multi-Channel Admissions Briefing" on November 8. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from high school and university students, parents, and teachers across Taiwan. The event was hosted by Vice President Jun-Jie Huang, who highlighted the establishment and achievements of the university’s Semiconductor Center, Semiconductor Simulation Classroom, Laboratory, and the Bachelor's Program in Semiconductors. This demonstrated AU's forward-looking strategic planning in the field of semiconductor and IC design education.
In his address, Vice President Huang Jun-Jie emphasized that the semiconductor industry is the core of Taiwan's technological competitiveness. In recent years, Asia University has actively integrated resources from various colleges to establish the "Semiconductor Center" and the interdisciplinary "Bachelor's Program in Semiconductors." The goal is to nurture next-generation talents equipped with diverse capabilities, including IC design, wafer fabrication, packaging and testing, and AI applications. The newly built "Semiconductor Simulation Classroom" and "Semiconductor Laboratory" allow students to personally experience the complete learning process from design to manufacturing, significantly enhancing the integration of theory and practice.

Vice President Huang further stated: "We aim for students to not only master theory but also gain hands-on experience, understanding the entire architecture from IC design, fabrication, packaging, to testing. This statement clearly articulates AU’s educational philosophy of prioritizing practical experience and industry alignment.
