AU Hosts High School Principals and Executives, Exchanging Views on Semiconductor Education and Frontier Technology

President Tsai Chin-Fa delivered welcome remarks; guests toured the Smart Semiconductor Center and Art Museum exhibition

On December 25, Asia University (AU) warmly welcomed principals and executives from several high schools to its A116 Conference Room. The event commenced with a welcoming address by President Tsai Chin-Fa, followed by remarks from guest representatives, a gift exchange, and a group photo, setting a warm and enthusiastic tone for the exchange.

🔬 Focusing on Semiconductor Practical Training and R&D Capabilities

Following the university briefing, the main tour was led by Vice President Huang Chun-Chieh to the "Smart Semiconductor Design and Sustainable Manufacturing Research Center." VP Huang introduced the center's core equipment, the teaching model of the semiconductor situational classroom, and the key features of AU's Bachelor's Degree Program in Semiconductors regarding interdisciplinary practical training.

Through the on-site demonstrations and interactive explanations, the guests gained a clear understanding of Asia University's investment and effectiveness in cultivating semiconductor talent, recognizing the university's strong capabilities in talent training.

🎨 Visiting Art Exhibition and Discussing Admissions Guidance

The visiting group also went to the university's Art Museum to view the special exhibition "Life is Going On: Tatsuo Miyajima." During lunch, the guests and university executives engaged in a deep discussion, covering future collaboration models and important topics such as student admissions and guidance.

The event concluded successfully with positive interaction, not only deepening the high schools' understanding of Asia University but also reaffirming AU's robust strengths in semiconductor education and frontier technology fields.
