Neelam Agarwal Renasas Electronics(USA) Senior Staff Engineer 2010 Computer Science and Information Engineering	I'm presently working as a Senior Staff Process Engineer at Renesas Electronics, San Jose, California, USA. I have 14 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. I specialize in semiconductor device engineering, layout, wafer-level and package-level characterization, test automation, and work as a foundry interface for NPI projects supporting multiple Business Units. I hold dual MS in Electrical Engineering from Taiwan and the United States. Before going to the US, I received a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in India. I have contributed to several patents and publications on device engineering. I aspire to encourage students to become the next generation drivers of advancement in semiconductor technology. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and getting involved in STEM outreach programs.
