Three-Mentor System
Asia University implements a Three-Mentor System consisting of a Class Advisor, a Learning Mentor, and a Career Mentor. Throughout their studies, every student has access to three dedicated mentors who provide comprehensive guidance in academic learning, campus life, interdisciplinary development, and career planning.

Learning Mentor
The Learning Mentor provides course-selection guidance each semester, assists students with academic planning, offers consultation regarding department transfers, and advises eligible junior and senior students on credit-load reduction.

Career Mentor
The Career Mentor provides career counseling, career planning, and consultation on career-assessment results. The mentor also organizes career activities and lectures and encourages participation in career fairs.
