The Asia University team visited and exchanged views with **Oriental Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (OSE)** on September 12, 2025. Both parties discussed topics such as semiconductor packaging and testing talent cultivation, student internships, and AI application development, exchanging opinions and exploring possible future cooperation directions.
The meeting was chaired by OSE Chairman Yeh Shu-Chuan, with Executive Director Yang Shun-Ching, General Manager Tsai Tse-Sung, and several executives in attendance. Asia University was represented by Vice President Huang Chun-Chieh, leading a team that included Dean of General Affairs Chen Chao-Nan, Associate Professor Wang Kui-Yuan, Associate Professor Peng Yu-Ming, and Assistant Professor Ho Ying-Rong.

Both parties exchanged views on industry-academia cooperation and talent cultivation models, discussing how to strengthen the link between academia and industry, and exploring the feasibility of student internships and short-term professional training. The discussion also touched upon the application trends of AI technology in the field of semiconductor packaging and testing. Both sides expressed their intention to maintain communication and evaluate potential cooperation and future directions.
