To cultivate professional talent in semiconductor equipment, this program is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career with Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. (SPIL). We warmly invite motivated candidates to apply.

This program adopts an efficient “Interview First, Training Next” model:
◆ Participants will attend job interviews with SPIL prior to the training
◆ Candidates who pass the interview and successfully complete the program will be directly offered full-time employment
