To cultivate professional talent in semiconductor equipment, this program is specially designed for individuals aspiring to enter the semiconductor industry and pursue career opportunities with Lingsen Precision Company. We warmly invite interested candidates to apply.

This program adopts an efficient “Interview First, Training Next” model:
◆ Participants will attend job interviews with Lingsen Precision prior to the training program
◆ Candidates who pass the interview and successfully complete the training will be directly offered full-time employment
